Welcome to our Custom Order Program! We’re thrilled to help bring your unique vision to life through personalized scents and designs. Here’s an overview of how our program works:
How It Works:
1. Consultation & Planning
When it’s your turn for a custom order, we’ll contact you. Please keep your name on the list once added—simply let us know to skip if you’re not ready. You may blend up to 3 single scents or order select one of our custom blends.
Please place your orders within 48 hours after you are contacted. If you don’t answer my emails you will be skipped. Thanks for understanding. No worries if you can’t place an order when called, just say skip so we can call the next person on the list. The second time you ask to be skipped you will be removed from the sign up sheet. Not fair to others who want to sign up and order.
Together, we’ll discuss scent blends (note that not all scents may be in stock).
Provide us with a summary of your order, including the final price.
2. Payment
After confirming your order details, we require full payment upfront to begin production. Our options include large loaves at $19.50 or macarons at $12.00 for 8 oz, with a minimum order of $75.00. Shipping is $10.00; free shipping is not available for custom orders.
We’ll send a PayPal invoice, which secures your place in our schedule and covers materials and production costs.
3. Creation & Production
Your custom order will be crafted with careful attention to your specifications.
Our standard delivery timeline is 6 weeks, ensuring quality at every stage.
4. Delivery
Once complete, we’ll package your order with care and provide tracking details so you can monitor its journey to you.
Program Policies:
Full Payment Requirement: Full upfront payment is required to secure materials and begin production.
Turnaround Time (TAT): Our standard TAT is 6 weeks, allowing us to deliver high-quality results that meet your specifications.
Refunds & Revisions: Due to the custom nature of these orders, refunds and major revisions are not available after payment is received. We work with you to finalize all details beforehand to ensure satisfaction.
Shipping & Delivery: Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
